Considerations

- High instant funding fees — $2,399 for $60K FTP account
- Limited instrument selection — only ~32 instruments, no stocks
- 2-minute minimum trade duration rule frustrates scalpers

Audacity Capital was founded in 2012 by Karim Yousfi, a German-educated institutional trader who left a major bank position to solve a problem he identified: talented traders with proven strategies but insufficient capital. Operating from London's Canary Wharf financial district at 25 Cabot Square, the firm initially focused on an interview-based Funded Trader Program, selecting traders through face-to-face assessments of their trading knowledge and strategy.
The firm was formally incorporated in the UK in January 2014 as AUDACITY CAPITAL LTD. Over the following years, Audacity expanded its offering beyond the interview model, launching the Ability Challenge evaluation format to reach a broader global audience. In 2018, Karim Yousfi formally assumed the CEO title, steering the company through significant growth.
In 2020, Audacity received an International Investor Award for Excellence in Trading Innovation. The firm continued to evolve its product lineup, and by 2025 had launched the "Ability One" 1-step challenge program (October 2025) and licensed the DXtrade platform from Devexperts (July 2025), announcing over 300,000 funded traders. The firm also removed its previously controversial consistency rule, responding to widespread trader feedback.
Today, Audacity Capital operates with an estimated 70–137 employees across offices in London, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and a registered trading entity in the Union of Comoros. The company supports 12 languages, serves 140+ countries, and claims $245 million+ in total payouts distributed. The firm is led by CEO Karim Yousfi, CFO Federica d'Ambrosio, and Head of Trading Rahat Mansoor. Despite its longevity, Audacity faced a significant reputational challenge in March 2025 when Trustpilot removed approximately 1,555 fake reviews from its legacy profile.
