The company
An independent research company for the funded-trading industry
PropFirmScan is based in Sweden and founded by Kevin Nerway. We started as a place to check whether a prop firm actually pays. We now run a rating dataset, a comparison engine, a cashback programme and a daily research desk — and we are still expanding.
The platform, in numbers
Live from our own database, not a marketing deck.
What we operate
Four business lines, one dataset underneath all of them.
Research Desk
A daily institutional brief built from investment-bank research, positioning data and central-bank policy. Published to members every trading day.
Research membershipData & Ratings
The firm and programme dataset behind the PFS Score — fees, targets, drawdown rules, profit splits and payout records, re-verified as terms change.
Scoring methodologyCashback & Partnerships
Direct commercial relationships with vetted prop firms, funding a universal 2% cashback returned to traders on every challenge purchase.
How cashback worksPublishing
A market desk and editorial operation covering news, guides, the glossary and country-level tax treatment for funded traders.

Now
Research membership and beyond
The Research Desk operates as a paid product alongside the free platform, and we are actively hiring and signing new partners.
Independence and standards
We earn money from affiliate commissions and the Research membership. No firm can pay for a higher score, a badge, or a place in a ranking. Everything we publish is attributable to a named person and sourced to a document we can show you.
